IEWC Brand is Hiring a Pricing Analyst Near Berlin, WI

Responsibilities:

  • Create and reinforce continuous feedback vehicles to encourage successful pricing models.
  • Assist in determining appropriate list prices, contract pricing, copper pricing, updating, communication and publication of pricing initiatives and strategies.
  • Evaluates cause and effect with pricing, volume, cost, competition, distribution, and segmentation.
  • Maintain pricing systems, guidelines and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the selling cycle and processes to support the sales organization with timely and relevant data.
  • Monitor and leads resources focused on strategic pricing initiatives through pricing rigor and training.
  • Maintain, audit and update vendor master file and information.
  • Assist maintain price books including resolving simulation errors, assigning formulas to new products and monthly updates
  • Provide assistance, as needed, of mass price changes or product changes.
  • Forecasts revenue and market share based on market trends, production costs, profit margins, and sales volumes.
  • Prepare, provide and present pricing analysis and ongoing measurement which allow management and teams to effectively respond to changing economic conditions, competitive landscape, market changes and reporting on pricing effectiveness.
  • Support commercial logic building the sales intelligence (Proactive Sales with Suggestive Selling for Sales/Customers).
  • Establish good working relationship cross functionally with all departments (Customer Service, Sales, Sourcing, Finance, Commercial Excellence, and IT).
  • Staying updated with pricing best practices and market dynamics.
  • Embrace a Continuous improvement mindset that drives toward excellence and simplification.
  • Be a champion of IEWC’s culture and values.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
    • 5 years of relevant experience in pricing or other financial analysis roles
    • History of building high-performing teams as a talent-focused leader
    • Previous experience with pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating pricing process training and documentation
    • Collaborative communicator who is able to develop relationships and gain results cross-functionally
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving, business acumen and decision-making skills
    • Direct experience with best-practice pricing techniques and pricing software tools (e.g. PROS, PriceFX, Zilliant) strongly preferred
    • Knowledge in SAP, Salesforce.com, BI applications (PowerBI, Qlik, etc) Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
